Responsibilities
- Manually set up press, print, score, and die cut accurately.
- Inspect all dies before and after a run for necessary repairs.
- Ensure all bolts for the die cut cylinder are in place and securely fastened.
- Maintain quality control by inspecting box dimensions, die cuts, and prints.
- Become proficient in all machine operations including pre-feeder, rotary press, bundle breaker, and load former.
- Show expertise in ink management and color adjustment (PH and viscosity).
- Assist with other tasks as directed.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain high-quality standards.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Mathematical and problem-solving abilities, including proficiency with a tape measure.
- Willingness to work overtime, including Saturdays as needed.
