Assistant Machine Operator - Rotary Die Cutter - 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• Manually set up press, print, score, and die cut accurately.
• Inspect all dies before and after a run for necessary repairs.
• Ensure all bolts for the die cut cylinder are in place and securely fastened.
• Maintain quality control by inspecting box dimensions, die cuts, and prints.
• Become proficient in all machine operations including pre-feeder, rotary press, bundle breaker, and load former.
• Show expertise in ink management and color adjustment (PH and viscosity).
• Assist with other tasks as directed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain high-quality standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Mathematical and problem-solving abilities, including proficiency with a tape measure.
• Willingness to work overtime, including Saturdays as needed.
