Assistant Machine Operator
Kelly is seeking Assistant Machine Operators to join a reputable manufacturing facility in Statesville, NC. This position offers steady hours, competitive weekly pay, and the opportunity to grow your skills with a global industry leader.
Pay & Shifts
- Day Shift Option 1: $16.50/hr. | 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (2-2-3 rotating schedule, A & C shifts)
- Day Shift Option 2: $17.00/hr. | 7:45 AM – 8:00 PM (2-2-3 rotating schedule, A & C shifts)
- Night Shift: $19.00/hr. | 7:45 PM – 8:00 AM (2-2-3 rotating schedule, B & D shifts)
Job Responsibilities
- Support Machine Operators on the production floor with equipment start-ups
- Absorb resin and perform filter changes
- Move rolls to the packing line
- Conduct basic computer data entry (e.g., weighing scrap, entering roll weights)
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks
- Attention to detail for measuring rolls and tracking production data
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work a 12-hour, 2-2-3 rotating schedule
