About The Role (This is an on-site role.) The Assistant Leasing Manager serves as a vital source of market knowledge and strategy for both Granite management and leasing staff, while serving as the face of Granite by representing the organization with humility, integrity and accountability . The Assistant Leasing Manager is a point of contact to management and tenants, both prospective and current. What You'll Do Be a knowledge base for Granite managed properties including property locations, attributes and amenitiesActively provide feedback including market knowledge, input and recommendations concerning leasing and pricing strategy across each propertyAssists the Leasing Manager in guiding and supporting the leasing staff using market expertise, experience and understandingBe familiar with the roles and responsibilities of Granite staff and departments to help in being a better resource to tenants and other external stakeholdersSchedule and facilitate property visits and showings in an effort to secure new leasesPrepare and present both new and renewal leases to both prospective and current tenants while answering any questions regarding the lease and managed propertyProcess and complete leases and other internal documentationCapacity to work overtime during periods of high volume activityAll other duties, as assigned Qualifications 2-3 years in property management, preferredApproachable and personableHelpful and outgoingHonest, meticulous and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentFlexible and ability/willingness to multitaskAdaptable, detail oriented and thorough Benefits Performance based incentive programHealth InsuranceAncillary Insurance (Dental, Vision, Life, Disability)401kPaid VacationPaid Holidays
