About the role

The Chair presides at all meetings of the organization unless otherwise specified, performs general supervision of the affairs of the organization, and personally represents the organization on appropriate occasions and in business contacts. The Chair assists all other officers and managing directors with their records, correspondence, and other organizational duties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Staff Relations, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), and Outreach teams, focusing on projects that support the overall success of the organization.
• Supervise the Charity and Nonprofit Grants teams to facilitate fundraising efforts.
