Assistant Laboratory - Central Labs - Evening Shift Including Rotating Weekends and Holidays
About the role
Bring your talents to our tight-knit team and provide the support our Laboratory Technologists need to complete tests that drive high-quality care and caring. As a Laboratory Assistant you can help provide quality patient care by accessioning, processing requisition forms, separating samples into aliquots, labeling specimens, and distributing specimens to the appropriate laboratory sections for testing.
Responsibilities
- Accessioning and processing requisition forms
- Separeting samples into aliquots
- Laboratory processing experience preferred
- Venipuncture experience required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior data entry experience
Requirements
- Full-Time Evening Position
- Shift: 4:00PM-12:00AM including rotating weekends and holidays
- Location: NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital
- On-site presence required
- Live within a commutable distance to NYP
Qualifications
- Some college or technical courses
- Laboratory processing experience
- Venipuncture experience

$29.45-$34.15/Hourly
