Responsibilities
- Aid the Kitchen Manager in daily operations and staff management
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Help develop new menu items and specials
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a positive team culture
- Monitor food quality and presentation
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating kitchen staff shifts
Requirements
- Achieved an Associate degree in Culinary Arts or a related field
- At least 1-3 years of experience in a kitchen environment
- Strong understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus
Pay
$60,000 - $70,000 annually
