Assistant JV Baseball Coach

Reports to: Athletic Director, Building Principal

Compensation

Based on the ECA Compensation Schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination and supervision of the JV Baseball team
• Promote an appreciation of physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship
• Assist in the design of a training program and game program
• Ensure that all athletic activities conform to applicable guidelines
• Communicate effectively with all members of the school district and community
• Work effectively with booster clubs and other community organizations
• React to change productively and handle other tasks as assigned
• Support the value of an education
• Support the philosophy and vision of CPCSC Athletics
• Participate in activities associated with the baseball program

Qualifications

• Good role model for high school aged students/athletes
• Experience coaching baseball (preferred)
• Licensed educator (preferred)
