About the role

The Growing Years is seeking an experienced Infant Teacher to join our team. This position is responsible for providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for infants aged 0-12 months.

Responsibilities

• Care for infants in a safe and loving manner
• Implement age-appropriate developmental activities
• Collaborate with parents and other caregivers to support infant development
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• At least 1 year of experience working with infants
• Valid first aid and CPR certification
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team

Skills

• Knowledge of infant development stages
• Experience with infant feeding and care
• Ability to manage a classroom of infants

Pay

Salary range: $15 - $18 per hour

Schedule

Shifts available: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
