Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements, including DSS/ABC Quality standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
• Provide essential care and support to the daily needs of the children in our care
• Complete a minimum of 20 hours of professional development training within the first year of employment
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of the children

Requirements

• A High School Diploma
• 6 months of experience working in a DSS licensed childcare center

Qualifications

• Nice to have: A bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Nice to have: Completion of ECD 101 or equivalent training
