Career Paths

• Sales Leadership - Start from a Leader In Training and advance to Assistant Manager or Management Trainee. The Management Training Program leads to becoming a Store Manager.
• Sales Teammate - Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and recommend, select, and help locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Operations, Freight, and Store Support - Manage promotions, complete pulls and markdowns, assist with hiring and onboarding, and complete Guest transactions.
• Visual Merchandising Partner - Work with store leadership to plan store layouts, create design flows, and educate on visual strategies.
• Seamstress/Tailor - Perform alterations using Buckle-provided equipment and typically work 2-5 hours per week.
