Sales Leadership

We have multiple levels of leadership starting from a Leader In Training and advancing to an Assistant Manager or Management Trainee. We hire our Store, Area and District Managers from within; the Management Training Program is your path to becoming a Store Manager.

• Enjoy working directly with the Guest recommending, selecting, and locating merchandise based on Guest needs
• Support store management with recruiting, training, and development
• Contribute to the overall sales strategy of the store including visual merchandising, sales demonstration and coaching, and sales floor coverage

Sales Teammate

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and is consistently prepared to provide legendary service to each Guest
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs and desires

Operations, Freight, and Store Support

Operations Managers:

• Manage promotions and ensure signage is displayed appropriately
• Complete pulls and markdowns
• Help with the hiring and onboarding process

Freight Coordinators:

• Compare and verify merchandise invoices to items received to ensure that shipments are correct
• Send orders to Guests via FedEx
• Check accuracy of freight packing slips and transfer slips

Store Support:

• Complete Guest Transactions by operating the Point of Sales
• Assist operations manager as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized and shoppable store

Visual Merchandising

• Partner with store leadership to discuss and plan store layouts
• Create design flow of the merchandise including product rotation and markdown placement
• Educate the reasons driving visual strategies to Buckle leadership

Seamstress/Tailor

• Use Buckle provided sewing machine and supplies to perform alterations
• This position typically works 2-5 hours per week
