Assistant - Human Resources

Job Summary

The Human Resources Administrative Assistant assists the Human Resources Department staff with basic office tasks. Such tasks include, but are not limited to, filing, data entry, office supply ordering, scanning personnel files, and assisting other HR team members as necessary.

Essential Functions, Duties And Responsibilities

• Follow the Standards of Excellence and model this to all employees and patients.
• Data Entry in the HRIS.
• Oversee all onboarding of the new hire process.
• Backup presenter of “New Employee Orientation”.
• Greet staff and visitors in a prompt, courteous, and helpful manner.
• With direction, completes various types of paperwork and files copies in appropriate general, personnel, or other files as required.
• Office supply ordering.
• Making new employee name badges.
• Completes verification for employment forms as needed.
• Print and prepare various HR flyers and packets for employees.
• Responds to any HR requests that come through the HR general phone number and email.
• Clean and organize the HR office. This includes, but is not limited to, wiping down surfaces, taking out trash, and vacuuming.
