Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 yearly Qualifications Experience: Usually requires 1 to 3 years of housekeeping or supervisory experience in a hotel.Education: A high school diploma or a hospitality degree.Skills: Good communication, basic computer use, and strong organizational skills. Responsibilities Lead and inspire the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.Coordinate daily cleaning operations, ensuring all rooms and public areas meet our quality benchmarks.Provide ongoing training and support to staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.Monitor inventory levels and manage supplies efficiently to ensure seamless operations.Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public spaces, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience, from check-in to check-out.Implement and uphold safety and sanitation protocols to protect both guests and team members alike.
