Planning and conducting practices, drills, and game-day preparations for JV2 level contests. Provides instruction and guidance to players, focusing on skill development and game strategy. Observes and analyzes player performance, providing feedback and adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Assists with equipment management, inventory, and maintenance
• Helps organize team travel and logistics
• Communicates with student athletes and parents in a professional manner to encourage and foster positive motivation with effective communication skills supporting student-athletes

Qualifications

• Currently Hold BOEE Licensure of Coaching Endorsement or Authorization
