Assistant Gymnastics Instructor

About the role

The Little Gym is an enrichment and physical development center for children aged 4 months to 12 years. Our programs use movement-based learning and imaginative play to help children build confidence and skills at each stage of childhood.

Responsibilities

- Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we'll teach you how!). - Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience, treating members like family. - Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for each class. - Ensure each class and child feels like their first day, every week. - Help children walk out more confident than when they entered each class. - Enjoy moving all day while getting your steps in and closing your activity rings. - Build meaningful relationships with children and families, knowing these will last a lifetime.

Qualifications

- No prior experience necessary; we provide training. - A passion for working with children and fostering their confidence and skills.
