Responsibilities

• Follow the instructions of assigned crew leader.
• Work alone or within a group.
• Meet or exceed standard units per hour expectations (target goals will be based on previously studied averages and shared with employees).
• Meet or exceed product quality standards.
• Assist shipping and receiving with unloading trucks and checking in merchandise.
• Prepare orders by pulling materials, making boxes, packing boxes, labeling, and placing orders in the delivery area.
• Sort and stack loose or boxed material on racks, shelves, or pallets.
• Assist in other LiveTrends’ departments.
• Assist in counting physical inventory.
• Serve as a backup box truck driver for local deliveries and pickups.
• Work in the warehouse with order packing and consolidation when not driving.
• Load outgoing trucks.
• Unload incoming vendor trucks and shipping containers.
• Practice workplace housekeeping.
• Contribute to team effort by demonstrating company core values.

Requirements

• Experienced B Class Box Truck Driver for local deliveries and pickups.
• Verified and valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Forklift driving experience is helpful.
• Ability to pay attention to the smallest details.
• Ability to work hard under the pressure of deadlines.
• Desire for growth in a fast-paced organization.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to climb or balance as needed.
• Ability to bend or twist.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
