Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to provide exceptional service and create memorable experiences
• Assist with daily operations, including managing equipment, overseeing course maintenance, and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Collaborate with other team members to enhance overall guest experience
• Participate in training programs to stay current with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• Passion for golf and hospitality
• Experience in a customer-facing role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of golf course operations and equipment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience in a customer service or hospitality role
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
