About the role
This is a stipend position determined by LEA agreement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement athletic programs in accordance with school district policies and state regulations.
- Manage team schedules, practices, and competitions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to enhance athletic offerings.
Requirements
- High school degree required.
- Minimum of 3 years of coaching experience at the high school level.
- Experience working with diverse student populations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of relevant sports rules and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
