Assistant Girls Volleyball Coach

About the role

The Assistant Girls Volleyball Coach will assist in the development and implementation of the team's volleyball program, including game strategy, practice planning, and player development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in game strategy and planning
• Work closely with the Head Coach to develop and implement training programs
• Support team building activities and community service projects
• Maintain a positive relationship with players, parents, and school administration

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Coaching, or related field
• Experience as a high school volleyball coach preferred
• Strong understanding of volleyball rules and strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Passion for volleyball and Christian values
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Commitment to the growth and development of young athletes
