About the Role
Assistant Girls Soccer Coaches support the head coach in implementing the team’s plan and oversee specific aspects of practice. Coaches also supervise students until they are picked up after practice or meets.
Responsibilities
- Organize and supervise game-day helpers
- Assist with supervision at athletic activities
- Run assigned segments of practice
- Ensure safe pickup of students after events
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current CPR certification
- Completion of CHSAA concussion education and regulations test
- Prior coaching experience in soccer

Pay
Salary placement on the Co-Curricular Salary schedule varies by sport and the employee’s in-district experience, as outlined in Article XXIII of the Master Contract.
Schedule
Contract length and days vary for the 2026-2027 school year.

- Occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds
