Responsibilities

• Maintain managerial oversight for the front desk department (Front Desk Personnel and Maintenance) and communicate regularly with department heads regarding performance
• Recruit, interview, and hire new front desk employees
• Authorize and approve all staffing changes, including new hires, promotions, and terminations
• Schedule front desk employees to ensure proper staffing levels while staying within payroll budgets
• Create a positive and healthy workplace that fosters constant improvement
• Coach, train, and develop each front desk staff member’s sales and customer service skills through practice and training
