Responsibilities

• Effectively manage a team of 75+ employees and assist with scheduling and assessments
• Oversee and ensure smooth operations on the floor during daily service
• Train and teach staff on restaurant procedures and performance expectations
• Reinforce employee compliance to company policies and standards
• Cultivate relationships with new and returning guests
• Investigate and resolve guest complaints concerning food quality and service
• Maintain safety and food quality standards
• Demonstrate leadership through job expertise, initiative, a positive attitude, and exceptional communication skills
• Implement a positive work environment and emphasize a culture of excellence
• Understand and embody the Bottega Louie lifestyle, mission, and brand

Qualifications

Full-time professionals available to work 40 hours per week, able to lift 35 lbs and stand and move for extended periods. Must be committed to learning and developing Bottega Louie systems and tools to consistently serve premium guest experiences that exceed expectations.

Benefits

• $80,000 - $90,000 base salary plus quarterly discretionary bonus based on net income ($0 - $20,000 annual potential)
• Net income bonus, if any, is calculated at sole discretion of Compensation Committee
