Responsibilities
- Lead all inventory intake, receiving, and reconciliation processes.
- Set and maintain retail pricing standards to protect margin and profitability.
- Ensure inventory accuracy, accountability, and shrink prevention.
- Manage replenishment requests and coordinate purchasing activity.
- Conduct weekly audits to confirm compliance, safety, and financial accuracy.
- Maintain strong compliance with ATF, OSHA, and internal safety standards.
- Ensure accurate completion of firearm transactions, including FFL transfers and ATF Form 4473s.
- Train, coach, and hold associates accountable for inventory control and compliance standards.
- Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) as needed, supporting the overall operation and guest experience.
Requirements
- Experienced in inventory management, purchasing, or operations.
- Highly detail-oriented with a disciplined, process-driven mindset.
- Knowledgeable in firearms compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Comfortable enforcing standards and holding others accountable.
- Organized, analytical, and proactive in risk management.
- Able to lead operational teams while supporting floor execution.
