About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead all inventory intake, receiving, and reconciliation processes.
  • Set and maintain retail pricing standards to protect margin and profitability.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy, accountability, and shrink prevention.
  • Manage replenishment requests and coordinate purchasing activity.
  • Conduct weekly audits to confirm compliance, safety, and financial accuracy.
  • Maintain strong compliance with ATF, OSHA, and internal safety standards.
  • Ensure accurate completion of firearm transactions, including FFL transfers and ATF Form 4473s.
  • Train, coach, and hold associates accountable for inventory control and compliance standards.
  • Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) as needed, supporting the overall operation and guest experience.

Requirements

  • Experienced in inventory management, purchasing, or operations.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a disciplined, process-driven mindset.
  • Knowledgeable in firearms compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Comfortable enforcing standards and holding others accountable.
  • Organized, analytical, and proactive in risk management.
  • Able to lead operational teams while supporting floor execution.
  • Passionate about creating great customer experiences while driving results.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail operations or similar environments.
  • Strong understanding of firearms compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to enforce standards and hold others accountable.
  • Proven ability to manage inventory and ensure compliance.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
