Responsibilities

• Learn daily operations fundamentals, including opening and closing routines, quality control, safety, and site flow management.

Requirements

• Prior leadership experience, ideally in a customer-facing environment with at least 1 year of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Experience in high-volume retail or service operations, including delivering consistent, high-quality customer experiences.
• Proactive and self-motivated, able to take initiative and lead by example.
• Strong coaching and development skills, with the ability to give clear feedback and help team members grow.
• Organized and adaptable, capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, and eager to contribute to a growing, people-first company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a pre-hire background and Motor Vehicle Records check.
