Assistant General Manager

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers in a friendly, and helpful in a timely manner
• Takes customer orders over the counter and phone orders
• Offers information and suggestions about our menu to the customer
• Repeats the order to the customer and shows them their meal for accuracy
• Follows up with customers to make sure needs are being met
• Acknowledges and addresses guest and Team Member concerns
• Understands and follows all food safety and work safety requirements
• Ensures product is being prepared, served and stored to company standard, following all food safety regulations (FIFO)
• Executes store operations during scheduled shifts; organizes opening and closing duties as assigned
• Provides on-going coaching to store team
• Identifies when processes and actions are consistent/inconsistent with restaurant expectations and standards and coach/praise in the moment
• Floor Control (“aces in their places”) and provides breaks and meal periods
• Led the team to success, by training, coaching, and mentoring
• Works closely with the General Manager to ensure proper store operations

Qualifications

• Passionate about food, quality, guest service and growth
• Experience in a leadership role, preferably in a fast-casual or similar environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively
• Knowledge of food safety and work safety regulations

Pay

$28.00 - $30.00 per hour
