Assistant General Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Assistant General Manager to join a sophisticated Mediterranean restaurant and beach club located within a lifestyle hotel in Las Vegas. This is a high-energy, guest-facing leadership role for an accomplished hospitality professional who understands the demands of full-service restaurant operations and thrives in an environment where dining, nightlife, entertainment, and elevated guest experiences intersect. The Assistant General Manager will work closely with the General Manager to lead daily operations, develop and motivate the team, maintain exceptional service standards, and ensure an outstanding experience for both restaurant and beach club guests. Key Responsibilities Support the General Manager in the overall operation of the restaurant and beach clubLead daily front-of-house operations and ensure exceptional service standardsBe highly visible and engaged on the floor, setting the tone for both the guest experience and teamRecruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing hospitality teamMaintain consistent standards across service, food and beverage, cleanliness, and guest interactionManage reservations, seating, service flow, and high-volume periods effectivelyHandle guest concerns and service recovery with professionalism and sound judgmentPartner closely with culinary leadership to ensure seamless front- and back-of-house communicationSupport beverage, nightlife, and entertainment operationsAssist with scheduling, labor management, inventory, ordering, and cost controlsMonitor sales, labor, and operating performance while identifying opportunities to improve profitabilityEnsure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and company standardsSupport special events, activations, and high-profile guest experiencesCollaborate with hotel leadership and other departments to ensure a seamless overall guest experience Qualifications 5–7+ years of hospitality management experience, preferably in upscale or luxury environmentsFull-service restaurant management experience is requiredPrevious nightlife, beach club, pool club, or entertainment venue experience strongly preferredProven experience leading and developing high-performing front-of-house teamsStrong understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, labor management, and financial performanceExperience working in fast-paced, high-volume environmentsExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsStrong guest recovery and conflict-resolution abilitiesComfortable working evenings, weekends, holidays, and a flexible schedule based on business needsAbility to remain calm, composed, and highly engaged during high-volume serviceHospitality or business degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered Who You Are The ideal candidate is a polished, energetic, and hands-on hospitality leader who understands that exceptional service starts with strong leadership.
