Job Responsibilities
- Shift Operations – Lead shifts focusing on guest experience, controlling labor, minimizing food waste, recipe accuracy, speed and steps of service, cleanliness and productivity.
- Schedule Writing – Become proficient in forecasting and scheduling to meet labor expectations while ensuring great guest experiences.
- Training – Coordinate training with Certified Trainers and assist the GM in following up with final validations.
- Interviewing and Hiring – Assist GMs with first interviews using an interview questionnaire and provide feedback on candidates.
- Cash Handling and Deposits – Be responsible for all deposits, drawer counts, and petty cash purchases during shifts.
- Inventories and Ordering – Work with AGMs to understand par levels and accurately order products.
- Margins – Have a good knowledge of Food, Labor, and Supply costs and work to keep margins within budget.
- Unit Operations – Continue to develop AGMs’ knowledge in areas such as R&M, Budgeting, Goal Setting, Personnel Development, and P&L knowledge.
Requirements
- Able to lift up to 15-20 lbs for putting away inventory and stocking.
- Working knowledge of computers.
- Agree to a background and credit check.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Managers Food Safety Certificate.
- Bilingual a plus.
