Assistant General Manager

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Provide the first positive impression of Maxx 365 Fitness and Recovery Studios.
• Manage a staff and provide superior customer service.
• Enhance the member experience at our location.
• Interact with customers by telephone and in person to provide information about memberships and services.
• Complete membership forms, prepare change of address records, or issue service discontinuance orders using our CRM system.
• Contact customers to respond to inquiries from members, prospects, and guests.
• Maintain a clean facility.

Physical Functions

• Stand and/or walk for an entire shift.
• High energy and passion for fitness preferred.

Sales and Customer Service Experience Required

The job requires a combination of physical functions, essential duties, and physical requirements. The candidate should be able to stand and/or walk for an entire shift, possess high energy and a passion for fitness, and have experience in sales and customer service.
