Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of club operations including scheduling, inventory management, and maintenance.
- Manage and mentor team members to ensure high standards of service and safety.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance member engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall club performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar industry.
- Proven ability to manage teams and develop employees.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience with fitness equipment and knowledge of health and wellness trends.
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
