Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar industry.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and develop employees.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Experience with fitness equipment and knowledge of health and wellness trends.

Skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
