Assistant General Manager

About the role

Our multi-week training program is designed as a launchpad for your management career, providing experienced trainers to help you develop sales, leadership and core management skills. As an Assistant Manager you’ll oversee production and assist with store operations, focusing on achieving performance goals in sales, customer service, product quality and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production and assist with overall store operations
• Drive achievement of performance goals across sales, customer service, product quality and staff development
• Make decisions and use provided tools to manage the business
• Develop and coach team members, including hiring and developing seasonal workers

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to perform physical tasks: bending, stooping, standing for long periods, twisting and lifting products/supplies up to 65 lbs, and working with a hot torch

Qualifications

• Current ready‑to‑advance Assistant Manager or Supervisor from a retail or restaurant background
• Passionate about delivering personal, hands‑on service to customers
