Responsibilities

• Manage high expectations and conduct business ethically

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant setting
• Knowledge of McAlister's Deli's menu and operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in restaurant management
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Hours are generally from 10:30 am to 9:00 pm, with some flexibility.
