About the role
Riser Fitness, established in 2013, is a multi-unit operator and developer of the Club Pilates franchise system. Riser Fitness is one of the largest and longest operating franchisees.
Responsibilities
- Execute lead generation via Grass Roots Marketing and Networking
- Implement sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes
- Drive & increase membership & retail sales through customer service
- Problem-solve staffing/scheduling issues with instructors and other personnel
- Train and support Sales Associates
- Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio
- Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures and lead by example
- Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
- Auxiliary in marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
- Execute adherence to all company policies, including the policy of at-will employment
Qualifications
- Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Associates in transactions
- Fluent in English and have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email
- Excel in a fast changing, diverse environment
- Recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement
- Have an affinity and passion for fitness
- Have solid writing and grammar skills
- Be highly organized, proficient in data management, able to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Be professional, punctual, reliable, and neat
- Have a strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Be trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
- Work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the public
- Be proficient with computers and studio software
Skills

Pay
Hourly wage: $20/hr
Average total earnings (with commission): $20-25/hr
