About the role

Join our Studio Team and interact directly with members and prospective members in a fun, high-energy and service-focused environment. Riser Fitness, established in 2013, is a multi-unit operator and developer of the Club Pilates franchise system.

Responsibilities

• Execute lead generation via Grass Roots Marketing and Networking.
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes.
• Drive & increase membership & retail sales through customer service.
• Problem-solve staffing/scheduling issues with instructors and other personnel.
• Ensure that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts.
• Train and support Sales Associates.
• Independently make decisions related to high level customer service.
• Collect outstanding dues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio.
• Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures and lead by example.
• Maintain all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature.
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions.
• Auxiliary in marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio.
• Adhere to all company policies, including the policy of at-will employment.

Qualifications

• Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Associates in transactions.
• Fluent in English and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email.
• An affinity and passion for fitness.
• Solid writing and grammar skills.
• Proficient in data management, able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the public.
• Proficiency with computers and studio software.

• Hourly wage: $20/hr - Additional commission on sales
• Average total earnings (with commission): $20-25/hr
