Assistant General Manager

Key Roles

• Take a leadership role in the store and step in for the General Manager to assist with staff-related issues
• Aid customers with their wellness issues related to sports performance, recovery, pain management, and general health
• Provide health and wellness education to customers
• Deliver a superior customer experience
• Aid in the development and implementation of sales and marketing campaigns and generate leads
• Engage with the community’s top athletes and fitness enthusiasts at local events and promote Restore’s wellness services
• Stay updated with and implement new social media trends
• Create and maintain reports related to store performance

• A proven track record in the sales process
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• A numbers person who can deliver action plans based on key metrics

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree is required.
