Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant
- Maintain high standards of food quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
- Work closely with the General Manager and Area Supervisor to ensure goals are met
- Foster a positive workplace culture
- Step up and take charge of the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager
