Assistant General Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff
• Manage opening and closing procedures
• Handle cash operations
• Maintain accurate sales and inventory records
• Track key performance metrics
• Maintain organized electronic filing systems
• Aid in hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
• Inventory control
• Support retail floor operations
• Maintain a clean, orderly dispensary environment

Requirements

• 5+ years of retail experience in a supervisory capacity
• 1+ years of leadership experience, managing mid-sized teams
• Demonstrated experience in inventory management and reconciliation
• Demonstrated experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in a heavily regulated industry preferred
