Responsibilities

• Building and leading a team of passionate hospitality and culinary professionals, fostering a positive work environment.
• Cultivating an environment where the customer experience is of the utmost priority; going above and beyond is an expectation with every guest, every time.
• Mentoring, developing, and providing ongoing education to team members to enhance their skills and foster growth.
• Achieving sales goals, managing expenses, and maintaining accurate inventory records to maximize profitability.
• Creating a staff schedule that ensures an unparalleled hospitality experience for our guests while meeting budget objectives.
• Communicating company objectives daily and maintaining a strong focus on achieving financial targets.
• Orchestrating a vibrant orientation experience for new employees and approaching training with energy, accountability, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of full-service restaurant management experience. Experience grand opening a full-service restaurant is a bonus.
• Servsafe and Responsible Alcohol Service Certifications are required.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Hospitality, Management, or Business preferred.
• Extensive wine, beer, and cocktail knowledge.
• Demonstrated ability to reward and appreciate the team's hard work and dedication.
• A passion for providing exceptional hospitality and culinary experiences.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and maintain a high-performing team.
• Aptitude for thriving in high-pressure situations and adeptly navigating crises.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• PREFERRED familiarity with Toast POS & Opentable.
• Aptitude for enforcing product and hospitality guidelines.
• Familiarity with Microsoft suite, including Word and Excel.
• Added advantage for familiarity with international cuisines.
