About Easy Tiger Easy Tiger is an Austin beer garden and bakery known for freshly baked bread, craft beer, approachable food, and a lively neighborhood atmosphere. We’re looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team and help drive strong operations, memorable guest experiences, and a positive team culture. What we’re looking for The Assistant General Manager works closely with the General Manager to lead day-to-day restaurant operations. This person should be a hands-on leader who enjoys being present on the floor, developing teams, solving problems in the moment, and creating an environment where both guests and employees want to return. The ideal candidate has experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment, understands the operational and financial side of the business, and knows how to balance great hospitality with consistency and accountability.
