Assistant General Manager

Requirements

• Help lead the team to ensure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit.
• Manage assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Set goals, delegate tasks to your teams, follow up, and report results back to your team and General Manager.
• Follow up with the restaurant General Manager when they are not in the restaurant or on vacation.
• Avoid working more than 10 hours per day, 40 hours per week, and 160 hours per month.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with flexible schedules who likes to have fun.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our family owned and operated restaurants.
