Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of management or supervisory experience.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Physical stamina for demanding environments.
- Passion for coffee, baked goods, and customer service.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings and handle customer issues.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
