As Assistant General Manager, you will support daily operations and enhance the performance of The Goat bar and restaurant, assisting Front of House and Back of House to ensure outstanding customer service and operational compliance, building consistency across operations, strengthening team engagement, and enhancing guest satisfaction by executing our food philosophy.
Responsibilities
- Support daily operations and enhance performance of The Goat bar and restaurant.
- Assist with daily activities of both Front of House and Back of House to ensure outstanding customer service and operational compliance.
- Build consistency across operations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or similar area of focus desired.
- ServSafe certification from a nationally recognized organization required.
- TABC Certification where applicable.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a leadership role in the restaurant, bartending, or hospitality industry.
- Physical demands: long periods of standing and walking; handling food and beverage objects; reaching and extending with hands and arms; talking and hearing; occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, crouching, and crawling; specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, and ability to focus.
- Work environment: restaurant environment including kitchen area.
- Location: based in Nashville, TN, Brier Creek, NC, Pflugerville, TX, or Columbus, OH with occasional travel to local and out-of-state markets.
