Assistant General Manager

• Help the team execute local promotions.
• Maintain the balance between providing a high-quality employee and guest experience, and achieving financial goals.
• Execute Krystal 9 operating systems and assist in developing sales forecasts and schedules.
• Monitor business numbers, schedules, cash shortages, HACCP logs, inventory efficiencies, and food costs.
• Conduct daily and weekly inventory counts and keep inventory records.
• Implement and follow up on operations and financial action plans.
• Analyze sales and labor results throughout and after each shift.
• Maintain Brand operating standards for product procedures, cleanliness standards, and service expectations.
• Ensure the restaurant is a safe, sanitary, and appealing place for everyone.
• Absolutely must be able to lift up to 50 pounds of force frequently to move objects, carry products/boxes, and miscellaneous items weighing no more than 50 pounds.
• Consistently handle product preparation, kneel, and follow proper lifting procedures.
• Absolutely available to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years management experience.
