About the role
TBonz Management Company is now hiring an Assistant General Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to develop their leadership skills and contribute to the success of one of their flagship restaurants.
Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations
- Supervise and motivate staff during shifts
- Maintain high standards of service and cleanliness
- Aid with inventory management and cost control
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a high-volume restaurant
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for the hospitality industry

$55,000 - $65,000 annual salary (plus bonuses)
