About the role

TBonz Management Company is now hiring an Assistant General Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to develop their leadership skills and contribute to the success of one of their flagship restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations
• Supervise and motivate staff during shifts
• Maintain high standards of service and cleanliness
• Aid with inventory management and cost control
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a high-volume restaurant
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for the hospitality industry

Pay

$55,000 - $65,000 annual salary (plus bonuses)
