Assistant General Manager

As an Assistant General Manager at GO Car Wash, you’ll learn to manage your own site and assist the Site General Manager with all daily car wash operations.

Responsibilities

You will contribute to the continued success of the site by working with the Site General Manager on meeting all our inventory, equipment, site, service and safety standards to deliver a convenient, consistent, exceptional car wash experience for customers, and addressing customer claims when they occur. You’ll also assist with hiring, training, coaching, managing and developing our Teammates to perform their jobs well, grow their responsibilities, and uphold our values, by setting the example when performing all car wash activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months of management experience in a service-related business
• Car wash experience preferred, but not required

Pay

Our Teammates in this role typically earn $17.50/hour, which includes a base pay of $15.50/hour plus an average of $2/hour in commission from membership sales. Commissions are uncapped, and our top performers regularly exceed $2/hour in additional earnings. Plus $500 monthly bonus tied to 100% of plan targets tied to company and individual performance.
