About the Role

Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, lead shifts, train, coach, and develop Crew Members and Shift Leaders, support hiring, onboarding, and performance management, help manage P&L, ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, handle guest concerns, assist with scheduling, ordering, and administrative tasks, and step in to run the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Lead shifts and ensure high standards in food quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Train, coach, and develop Crew Members and Shift Leaders
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management
  • Help manage P&L, including labor, food cost, and inventory control
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards
  • Handle guest concerns and ensure an exceptional customer experience
  • Aid in scheduling, ordering, and administrative tasks
  • Step in to run the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager

Requirements

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience (QSR or fast-casual preferred)
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Experience with scheduling, inventory, and cost control
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
