Assistant General Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance and all daily functional operations, including adherence to all policies and procedures.
• Monitor and improve key sales metrics, such as sales, customer satisfaction, installed closing, and self-generated/community sales growth.
• Train and manage sales representatives in both sales and operational processes.
• Forecast service needs for seasonal business changes and increased volume.
• Lead field sales initiatives.
• Coaches and develops sales teams.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ operational experience in a home improvement industry setting (includes facilities, warehousing, office, technology, and process).
• At least 3 years’ management or training experience.
• High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Pay

$90,000 - $95,000 annually plus bonus
