Requirements

  • 1–2 years of leadership experience in a restaurant or similar environment (preferred, not required)
  • Strong communication and basic math skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, some holidays)
  • Flexibility to support different restaurant locations within your market based on business needs
  • Reliable transportation
  • Comfort using basic technology and systems
  • Willingness to obtain ServSafe Manager certification during training
  • Ability to stay active on your feet and lift up to 40 lbs
