About the role
Carrols LLC is the largest Burger King franchise, owning and operating over 800 Burger King restaurants. Established for over 55 years, we specialize in finding talented individuals and providing them with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Direct, control, and coordinate subordinates to deliver quality product to guests in the most efficient and friendly way possible.
- Inventory Management
- Bank Deposits
- Training
- Performance Appraisals
- Maintain a safe work environment for all employees and guests
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to work a 50 hour work week which will include nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic Computer Skills.
- Valid Driver’s License and Personal Transportation.
- Out-going Personality.
