Assistant General Manager

About the role

Assistant General Manager (Culinary or Hospitality) oversees daily restaurant operations, leads and develops team members, fosters a positive and grateful culture, builds genuine guest relationships, and coordinates shifts to ensure smooth, organized service.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant or retail industries
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Restaurant management (a plus)
