Game Time Energy, Lifetime Experience. As an Assistant General Manager, you will manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants. In partnership with the General Manager, you’ll help ensure that your restaurant is at the top of its game. You will also focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants
• Partner with the General Manager to ensure restaurant operations are at the top of their game
• Focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement
• Champion change and drive team performance
• Train and develop team members

Requirements

• Preferably 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures
• Computer operations proficiency
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others
• Passion for training and developing your team

Pay

Salary: $68,000 - $78,000 per year. The salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location.
